Telelynx introduces a new model of low-bit rate MPGE-4 AVC / MPEG-2 standard definition (SD) encoder for digital TV distribution in broadcasting, cable TV, satellite TV and media streaming.

- Support four channels (Model IDH2-3304) or eight channels (Model IDH2-3308) of MPEG-2/MPEG-4 AVC SD encoding in 1U chassis
- MPEG-1 Layer II or AAC-LC(license option) audio encoding
- MPEG-2 encoding rate can range from 0.5 to 5.5Mbps for each video channel
- MPEG-4 AVC encoding rate can range from 0.25Mbps to 5.5Mbps for each video channel
- Support multiple PAL and NTSC SD
- High picture quality in low bit rate
- Support VBR/CBR video encoding
- Support analog composite video and audio pairs inputs or SDI inputs with embedded audio.
- Support MPTS/SPTS mode of MPEG TS-over-IP output (UDP/RTP).
- Support dual DVB-ASI inputs and outputs
- Support audio encoding of MPEG-1 Layer 2 (default) and AAC-LC (optional)
- Support TS multiplex with auto-generated PSI/SI
- Front panel control and LCD display
