Gap Filler / Repeater System for Digital Terrestrial TV ( DTT)

Telelynx introduces an on-channel gap filler / repeater with multichannel capabilities for DTT TV broadcasting.  THE MULTICHANNEL GAP FILLER, Model TGF-100 series, provides a complete digital coverage solution with echo cancellation to cancel system feedback between the transmitting and receiving antennas.  Software-defined radio technology is employed to provide a unique way to extend the range of multichannel MFN or SFN digital TV networks.

This unit incorporates signal processing algorithms to provide superior echo cancellation.  The Multichannel Gap filler also offers one of the lowest latency of the industry (less than 10 μS). This low time delay allows the receiver(or STB)to deal with two different signals (main transmitter and Gapfiller output) without allowing them to interfere with each other and degrade reception.

 

This multichannel repeater further comes with input filter and AGC, and can be applied to MFN and SFN networks.  This gap filler is designed to meet multi-standards such as DVB-T/T2, ISDB-T, ATSC, DTMB, and ATSC-MH.

A wide range of digital output power from 15 Wrms to 150 Wrms can be supplied for various coverage ranges.  Cables, antennas, and accessories are also included in the system as a turn-key solution.
